Hi I’m Carolyn, but my writing friends call me Carly. Welcome to my piece of the internet.

I am a lover of words and painted word pictures. For as long as I can remember, I have delved into word play and followed it where it led. My writing takes the form of fiction and poetry, but I also like to explore my thoughts and ideas through blogging.

I enjoy the challenge of following a story to see where it leads and though I often say I enjoy crafting stories of self-discovery after hardship – with a dash of romance thrown in; I am not against the idea of following other less conventional genres (SciFi and Fantasy).
